WomenforGrowth is a 501(c)(3) organization.
Our Background: WomenforGrowth is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in the USA by a group of women with experience and expertise in business and program development. The organization promotes social entrepreneurship among enterprises, local businesses, and cooperatives that have a gender-focus, creating a collective force to enable women to improve their economic, social, and environmental conditions.
Mission: WomenforGrowth assists social enterprises, businesses, and cooperatives that are committed to actively engage women in all aspects of community building. The organization promotes sustainable solutions that enable the women to overcome their economic, social, and environmental challenges by mobilizing vital resources and engaging local communities.
Vision: We envision a world where women come together to provide sustainable economic and social opportunities for themselves and their local communities regardless of social, cultural, and geographical divisions.
Purpose: we collaborate with local and international stakeholders to reduce socioeconomic challenges for women and their communities. We do this by engaging women's groups, local businesses, foundations, UN agencies, governments, and NGOs. We research and develop innovative and sustainable solutions which empower women to address their challenges. We seek sustainable, innovative and grassroots initiatives that share our values and objectives and we assist them to expand their mission.
